Terms and conditions of use

1. Devices are booked in at the client's risk. Additionally, Sky Cellular is not liable for any data loss or damage sustained during hardware or software repairs. Your device may be restored or fromatted to complete repair. Please back up your data beforehand.

2. Parts and services are guaranteed for 7 days, excluding LCD and Touchpad replacements or any damage caused by negligence (e.g. dropped or water damage). On water damaged or physically damaged devices only the parts as per the invoice are guaranteed for 7 days.

3. Quotes are valid for 7 days.

4. You may receive quotes, invoices and infrequent notifications of new products and services via email.

5. All parts used are original parts, but are imported independently.

6. Devices not collected within 31 days of notification may be sold to cover costs.
